After you have contacted us regarding your requirements for a website, we will briefly discuss your requirements straight away in an initial phone conversation.
We would then usually like to arrange a no obligation visit to meet with you, which serves three immediate purposes:
- We both get to know each other a little better than we could otherwise achieve.
- We believe it facilitates the understanding of your business and your web needs.
- Depending on your circumstances it could save you considerable time and effort, as you can describe your business, your goals and your web needs to us and we can take away any information (documents, leaflets, samples etc.) that you may wish to present to aid in the explanation of what you are attempting to achieve, rather than have to document it all yourself and post data to us.
After your website has been completed to your absolute delight, our ongoing commitment to you is to visit or otherwise communicate with you as often as you require.
Many of our websites have a Content Management System (CMS) component, which allows you to update certain aspects of the website yourself. In these situations we supply full training to your users at a time and place of your convenience.
Our aim is to build a long lasting partnership with you, to the benefit of both of us;and we believe that this is best achieved by visiting you and discussing your changing needs on an ongoing basis.
